The Silent Strength of Men

The Silent Strength of Men

I had to control myself even when I was crying and screaming in pain after falling. I gritted my teeth and tried my best to suppress my tears. Because my mother said, "Hey, you shouldn't cry. You're such a big boy, people will laugh if you cry."

A little, we learned to hold back our tears and hide our pain. That's when we became men!

After finishing our studies, my girlfriend urged me, 'Do something quickly. Find a job! Otherwise, my father will never accept you!'

But we don't want to lose our lover, so we desperately look for a job. Yet one day, our first love is lost to someone else right in front of our eyes. Hiding our tears, we understand that being unemployed is a man's disability, not a woman's.

After standing for a long time in a crowded bus, we quickly let our wife sit down as soon as there is only one seat available. Although we also feel severe leg pain. The body is human; it will rebel. But we can't give her so many acts of kindness, our wife is sitting comfortably, that's why we are happy!

If the father goes out with the family to buy clothes for the puja, he chooses a dress for himself. We wait for everyone to finish shopping. But after everyone has bought everything, we see that there is little money left in our pockets. When the wife says, "Hey, buy something for you!" We laugh and say, "Damn, what else should I buy?" His mother taught him from childhood, "You are a man! One day, you will have to take the responsibility of an entire family. You have to look after the happiness and comfort of everyone in the family."

Until the last moment before the Titanic sank, as many endangered passengers as possible were rescued in a small number of lifeboats. Even in terms of saving lives, women and children were given priority there. After watching the movie, the question arose in my mind, don't men want to live?

We feel happy by sacrificing ourselves for everyone in the family, keeping our share of sorrow for ourselves, and sharing our share of happiness with everyone in the family! Sometimes we are fathers, sometimes brothers, sometimes husbands, sometimes sons, or sometimes relatives or friends. We are, we will be. We are by your side, we know a man does not mean perverted, a man does not mean rapist, a man does not mean tyrant. Rather, a man means a strong support, a soft place of love, a safe haven.
