While climbing a mountain to collect firewood, a woman discovered several tiny abandoned baby birds trembling helplessly on the ground. Feeling sorry for them, she carefully brought them home, determined to protect them until they were strong enough to survive on their own.

Every day, she fed them tirelessly. Whenever they heard her voice, their tiny mouths opened wide, begging for food. Slowly, soft feathers covered their fragile bodies, and their eyes finally opened to the world around them. Though she still didn’t know what kind of birds they were, she loved them like family.
As weeks passed, the birds grew stronger and more playful. On sunny days, she carried them outside to feel the warmth of the sun. They followed her everywhere, flying to her whenever she reached out her hand. A deep bond formed between them.
But the woman knew they didn’t belong in a cage or a home forever.
With tears in her eyes, she released them back into the wild. Yet a few days later, some returned to visit her, calmly resting beside the woman who had once saved their lives.
One day, she rescued one again after it suffered heat stroke. After recovering, the little bird clung to her clothes as if begging not to leave.
But eventually, it spread its wings and flew back to freedom—leaving behind a heart full of love and memories.
