An Unsatisfied Lady Joined A Call Center

An Unsatisfied Lady Joined A Call Center

A young woman is taking a bath. But when she emerges, some men wearing strange masks are waiting for her. The girl sees them and screams, and the scene cuts to a cut. Who are these people, and what did they do to her?

Let's find out. At the beginning of the story, we are introduced to a woman named Farhana, who belongs to a Muslim family. She is married and lives with her husband and three children. Two of these children are school-aged, and one is a baby. Farhana's father owns a shoe shop, where her husband also works. While the shop isn't doing well these days, it was once so successful that Farhana's father used the income from it to marry off all three of his daughters. Farhana's husband is a simple man, but his income isn't even enough to send his children to school. Seeing the current state of affairs at home, Farhana asks her father, "If you'd like, can I get a job?"

Farhana's father was a conservative man. He didn't like women working outside the house. Farhana doesn't even have a mobile phone. All calls come in on the home's land line, which Farhana isn't even allowed to receive. Seeing no other way out, Farhana borrows some money from her neighbor to cover household expenses. She then goes to Karim's friend's wedding, a Christian friend. Looking around, Farhana wonders, "How good are these people's lives? When will my life be like that?"

Just then, Farhana meets another childhood friend, Nritya, who, understanding Farhana's predicament, tells her about her company and asks, "Will you come tomorrow?" "Yes, come, because my company is having interviews," Farhana tells Karim about the job interview, and Karim arrives the next day with Farhana. After the interview, Farah Naaz emerges and tells Karim that she's cleared the interview. Karim isn't overjoyed, but he can't say anything to Farhana. He understands that Farhana is forced to take this job because he can't earn enough money. But he can't help but wonder. Meanwhile, Farhana buys one for herself, and she's quite excited about it. In the next scene, when Farhana prepares to go to work, her father doesn't like it at all. Karim brings Farhana a pair of slippers, which he even puts on with his own hands. Farhana then goes to the office, where she learns that she will be trained to understand how to work. There's a credit card link center, and Farhana is taught everything about it. After the training, Farhana, though apprehensive, speaks to a customer for the first time. She explains everything to him with ease and sells her first credit card. Over the years, Farhana has become quite adept at this work, and this job has instilled in her a unique confidence.

Farhana's household is quite comfortable with the salary and incentives she receives here, but her office building also has another department on the upper floor where the women working there receive much higher incentives. Furthermore, the women come to the office in cars and have iPhones. Seeing this, Farhana also feels like working there. So when her friend Nritya also leaves for a department, Farhana asks her to get her a job there, but Nritya tells her that where she is is the perfect place. You won't be able to do our job, so work hard wherever you are. One day, Farhana's child suddenly becomes very ill. He has severe difficulty breathing. They immediately rush him to the hospital, where the doctor informs them that the child has a lung problem and requires urgent surgery. Now, since the operation is necessary, they reluctantly arrange for the child's operation by taking a loan. The child's operation will be completed, but the loan will have to be repaid. So, Farhana explains her problem to Kriti and begs her to get her a job in his office. Reluctantly, Nritya takes her to her boss, who tells her to explain everything to Farhana about the job. "For the next week, we'll be observing Farhana's performance, and if it's good, she'll be allowed to continue." Nritya then tells Farhana that this job is quite different from her previous work. "It's an online chat service that people use solely to talk to girls as they please," she says. "In a way, we have to talk to people. The longer you talk to a customer, the more money you'll make." There are also some rules here, such as you can't tell any customer anything about yourself, not even your real name. If anyone does, Vivek will complain to the boss, after which the girl will be fired. Speaking of Vivek, his main job here is to record all calls and listen to them. After explaining all this, Nritya starts talking to her clients, whose words make Farhana feel very bad. Even when she's going home, she feels as if everyone is looking at her with suspicion. So she decides to stay at her old job. Seeing Farhana upset, Karim asks her the reason behind it. Farhana tells him that a customer spoke very rudely to her today. Karim laughs and says, "Hey, what's there to be worried about? It's part of the job. I help people fit slippers or shoes in my shop every day, but I don't do that outside." So, as long as someone talks to you in any way while you're at work, that's perfectly fine, but if they do it outside of work, they need to be taught a lesson. Karim's words give Farhana some courage. So, she returns to the same office and asks Nritya why they talk like that.

And how do girls manage to work here?

This is wrong, isn't it? Nritya, explaining to Farhana, says, "This is just a service that allows people to share their thoughts with a stranger that they can't share with their wives. At least these people don't do anything wrong with a girl on the street." After Farhana's explanation, she gets down to talking to people. During this time, she encounters a lot of strange people. A woman named Sophia also works in the same office, who always remains a topper by talking the most. However, Farhana's struggle continues the next day. She doesn't feel comfortable talking to any client. Then, she receives a call from a client who treats her with respect, not a snobbish attitude. Hearing this, Farhana is overjoyed. She believes this man is a very kind person. The man who called Farhan was named Isha, but he didn't reveal his name to her. As a matter of fact, Farhana tells him her name is Isha. After this, Farhana and Isha begin having long conversations every day, which improves Farhana's performance significantly, leaving only Sofia behind. One day, Farhana tells him, "I'm going to leave this job soon because I don't feel comfortable doing it." Isha tells her, "No, don't do that, Isha. I only enjoy talking to you." A strange connection develops between them. Farhana finds this very appealing and decides to continue. One day, while talking to Farhana, Isha learns from her words that she is Muslim, which surprises Farhana a bit. But by now, she has grown to trust him enough to at least tell him about her religion. Vivek listens intently to their conversation, knowing something is definitely brewing between them. Dalan then asks Farhana, "It's the month of Ramadan, so how can you talk so much while fasting?" He tells Farhana to relax. During the visit, he also plays her some music. After a while, he says, "I want to give you a gift." Farhana tells him, "Please give it to a beggar instead of me; that would be the greatest gift for me." While on her way home, at the metro station, Farhana sees a packet labeled "Isha" with a beggar. When asked about it, the beggar explains, "A man gave it to me. He asked me to give it to a girl named Isha and also gave me a lot of money." Hearing this, Farhana opens the packet and finds a musical instrument inside. Seeing it, Farhana's face lights up. She has now forgotten everything. But the next day, when Farhana goes to the office, she doesn't receive a call from Code Allen, which leaves her worried about what might have happened to him. She receives a constant stream of calls from various people, which she cuts short. Farhana waits for two days, but still hasn't received a call from Dhillon. So she goes with Sophia to buy a mobile phone for herself. She also gives Sophia her Aadhar card so she can get a SIM card for Farhana. Farhana then sees a newspaper headline that says a man, who was chatting with a girl online, has died in an accident. Reading this news, Farhana suspects this is probably the case. She shares this with Nritya. Suddenly, Farhana receives a call from Dhillon. He apologizes for the delay. He explains, "My phone broke, so I couldn't talk to you. Please forgive me."

Farhana tells him, "I thought something had happened to you, and this lesson has taught me that life is too short. Anything can happen to anyone. That's why I want to meet you." Hearing this, Vivek first tells her his name and says, "I want to meet you tomorrow on Eid." Farhana agrees and tells him, "I'll bring you biryani." Upon learning of their meeting, Vivek initially considers telling his boss about it, but then stops himself because, like Farhana, he also wants to see this man. The next day, Farhana happily prepares biryani, but when it's time to go out, she can't find a chance to leave the house. However, in the evening, everyone in the house plans to go out. Meanwhile, Farhana pretends to be unwell and refuses to leave. After everyone leaves, she packs a tiffin full of biryani and sets out to meet him. On the way, Karim spots Farhana leaving somewhere. He discreetly follows her. A short while later, Farhana reaches the metro station, where Vivek is also present. He, too, wants to see Farhana. But then, suddenly, Farhana receives a call from Nritya, who tells her that Sophia also met with her client, who took her to a hotel room where other people were also present, wanting to have fun with Sophia. In the chaos, Sophia accidentally died after a sharp object pierced her throat. This scene was actually shown at the beginning of the movie. Hearing this, Farhana is devastated. She leaves the tiffin full of biryani behind and returns home, fearing that her case could have been similar to Sophia's. When she returns, the police are already there, looking for Sophia. Because they found Farhana's Aadhaar card in Sophia's purse, which she had forgotten to return to Farhana. The police leave after questioning Farhana, and after learning about Farhana's phone call and all this, Farhana's father becomes very angry with her. However, Karim didn't say a word to her. In fact, the next day, when Farhana calls Nritya and refuses to come to work, Karim tells her that if she suddenly stops going to work, people will think she's done something, and that's why she must go. Following Karim's advice, Farhana returns to the office, where, due to Sophia's death, all the girls are thoroughly briefed on the rules. They are also given pepper spray for security purposes. After this, everyone gets back to work. Meanwhile, Farhan receives a call, and Farhana tries to speak to him in a very professional manner. Talent asks Farhana, "Why didn't you come to see me yesterday?" Farhana angrily tells him that we will never meet again, and from now on, I will not talk to you like this. I come here to do my work and not to build any relationship. Hearing all this from Farhana, Dam disconnects the phone and does not receive any calls from him for a few days. Then, while talking about one day, Nritya tells Farhana that you should have understood everything beforehand, you should not have behaved so rudely with him. If he calls you now, then you should first tell him everything clearly. Then, after hearing this, Rihanna agrees to tell the truth to Rihanna.

Suddenly, Dhillon calls. Before Farhana can say anything, he tells her, "Do you think I won't be able to find out about you if you don't talk to me? I was following you yesterday when I didn't call you. You told me no, and now you see what I'm doing to you here?" He calls Farhana by her real name. He also leaves her office and home addresses. He declares, "I'll keep following you until you learn your lesson and come to meet me in person." Hearing all this from Dhillon, Farhana becomes extremely nervous. She fearfully goes home, fearing he might be following her. Upon arriving home, a parcel containing a parname has arrived. Karim returns it, saying that no one named Isha lives at this address. The next day, when Farhana (Alan) calls again at the office, she tells Delon that if he doesn't stop harassing her, she will file a police complaint against him. Talent says, "You can complain freely, but remember one thing: I have all your call recordings, which I will show to your husband and family." Hearing this, Farhana is at a loss as to what she should do.

On her way home, she notices a man wearing a black shirt following her, whom she tries to dodge, only to discover that it is none other than her husband, Karim. Upon reaching home, she confronts Karim, "If you suspected me, why did you send me to work?"

Karim replied, "That same biryani seller." Showing a movie, he says, "I followed you that day, too, and I realized you were in danger, so I followed you this way to ensure no one could harm you. Whether you tell me anything else or not, I won't ask you anything, but from tomorrow on, I'll be the one dropping you off and picking you up." Accepting this, Farhana begins going to and from the office with Karim every day. Meanwhile, Vivek discovers how Vivek is torturing Farhana. So he sets up a system so that his calls are directed to all the girls except Farhana. This completely infuriates Delton. The next day, he returns to the office to find Farhana arriving with her husband. In a fit of rage, he causes Karim to have an accident. He then steals Karim's phone and calls Farhana, telling her that he's given her husband the punishment he deserved. "Don't worry," he says, "he survived and is in the hospital." Upon hearing this, she immediately rushes to the hospital to see Karim, where we see that Karim has injured his leg. The rest is nothing serious. She resolves to confront Farhan the next day. She uses his phone to track him to the store where the money was purchased. From there, she learns of Farhana's credit card, which belongs to the same bank where Farhana previously worked. With the help of a technician, Nritya and Farhana obtain his address and phone number. Farhana also learns that Galan is currently shopping at a mall using his credit card. She immediately arrives and finds him. During this, a fake call to Farhana, claiming he is dead, helps Farhana identify him.

Farhana then wears a mask and goes to steal Delon's phone, as it contains the entire recording of her conversation with Delon. But before Farhana can take the phone, Delon recognizes her and grabs her hand. Seeing this, Farhana sprays pepper spray in his eyes and runs away. She then goes to a shop to unlock the phone, but finds nothing in it, as Delon had already deleted all the phone's data. This leaves Farhana devastated as Delon tells her that he will send all the videos to her husband. He continues to torture her about this, even at night, causing her to become extremely nervous. Her hands are shaking when she goes to Delon's, and she spills her tea. This scene ends with someone else. In the next scene, we see Farhana leaving for the office again, where this time she tells Delon that she's coming to his house to meet him. She is overjoyed to hear this. We are shown a scene from the time when Dylan was coming to meet Farhana on Eid. He saw a woman from behind, mistaking her for Farhana, and touched her. However, the woman slapped Dylan hard, causing everyone there to look at him strangely. He feels deeply insulted, but he still wanted to meet Farhana, but she didn't come, and the next day, she suddenly stopped talking to him. So, he wanted to take revenge. At this point, Dylan arrives at Farhan's house. He calls Khuda Karim and tells him, "Your wife is after me, and she's at my house right now. I'm sending you the location, so come and get her." Looking at Farhana, he says, "I've started liking you, and I've planned everything for our first meeting." Meanwhile, Karim arrives, unsurprised to see Farhana. He had told Karim everything after the tea spilled the previous night. Karim, however, didn't get angry and understood his wife's plight. He then took her to a female police officer he knew. From there, they planned to meet Farhana the next day. Farhana, through Vivek, provided the recording to the police as evidence. Now, all that remained was for the police to come with Karim and arrest him. The police caught him red-handed, and Farhana retorted, "You're a psycho, you can't love anyone but yourself." The message conveyed through this story is that girls, especially, shouldn't blindly trust a stranger, no matter how genuine or good they may seem, because even today, we're seeing many cases of girls falling victim to online fraud and crime. So, friends, how did you like this story? I hope you liked this story. See you with another unique story.
