This normally functioning world
suddenly starts behaving strangely. One day, the temperature of the entire
world starts to drop suddenly. Cities like Delhi in India start to experience snow,
and cities like Tokyo start to experience hailstones in the summer. Also, the
temperature of the North Pole starts to drop so low that people start to freeze
to stone as soon as they leave the house. But why is this disaster happening on
Earth today? To find out, this scientist named Jack embarks on an incredible
mission. He tries alone to save the world from this danger, but this task is
not that easy. Jack faces all kinds of dangers step by step, which are truly
breathtaking. And to tell that incredible survival story, I came to explain one
of my favorite movies, The Day After Tomorrow. Let's start today's explanation
of the movie by giving a like to the video. At the beginning of the movie, an
ice-covered region of the Antarctic continent is shown. Here, two
climatologists were carving ice to collect samples for a research study. They
were doing this work very carefully because if there was a slight mistake here,
their boss would scold them a lot. Then we see their boss, Jack. Jack was
researching some samples in the lab inside their car. On the other hand, an
employee named Jason was working alone outside with a machine to carve ice. But
then we see that suddenly cracks started appearing in the ice. So, Jason, who
was engrossed, didn't notice it, but by the time he noticed it, the ice around
him had already cracked. Jack could hear the crack from inside, so they quickly
came out. Meanwhile, the ice under Jason's feet broke, and he was about to
fall. Just then, the Jacks came and caught him. They breathed a sigh of relief.
Jack noticed that the ice samples they had already collected were on the other
side of the crack, so Jack jumped over and picked up the samples. But before he
could get to this side, the crack gradually grew larger. Jack still gathered
all his courage and jumped over, and as soon as he handed the samples to Jason,
he broke the ice and fell. Jack's teammates thought he might have died falling.
But when they looked down, they saw that Jack was somehow holding on to the ice
there. They quickly rescued Jack from there. In the next scene, we see a
conference held in Delhi. The conference was held to discuss global warming.
Many researchers, including the presidents of major countries of the world,
were present here. And this is where we see Jack. Jack says at the conference
that he has noticed some toxic gases trapped deep in the ice in Antarctica.
This fact tells us that the continuous warming is gradually taking our world
temperature towards colder, due to which the ice in the depths of the earth is
getting colder and excess gas is accumulating there. If this continues, the
whole world may be covered in ice, and even some places will have big storms
with excessive rain. Some areas will be under ice, and some areas will be
submerged under water. So, if we do not do something now, our future
generations will have to suffer the effects. So, I want to start a project that
will find a way to get out of this situation. But we see that the Vice President
of America, Blanker, does not give importance to his words and says that the
temperature of the earth is rising, it is our current problem, so if the
current situation is not handled, there is no reason to waste billions of
dollars on this project for the next problem. The presidents of other countries
also agree with Blanker's words. So poor Jack has nothing more to say here. In
the next scene, we see Delhi. It was snowing. Snowfall in a city like Delhi was
completely unusual. Due to this, the common people were struggling to adapt to
this temperature. In the meantime, Jack was standing on the street looking for
a taxi after coming out of the conference. At that moment, a man named Rapson
came to him. Rapson is actually a marine scientist by profession who is the
head of a marine research center called Headland. And a little while ago,
Rapson himself was present at Jack's conference. Rapson introduces himself to
Jack and says, "I heard everything you said at the conference, and I agree
with you." Because I have also seen some changes in the sea water for some
time now that will have a direct adverse effect on our climate, but I did not
say anything there because I know that they will not evaluate our words now.
Then they call a taxi and go for coffee together. In Repson's research center,
two of Repson's assistants. One of Repson's colleagues suddenly notices that
the temperature in an area called Georges Bank, located by the sea, has dropped
by about 13 degrees.
Which was kind of unbelievable. But
they were busy watching the game on TV, so they didn't give it much importance.
Meanwhile, it had been raining heavily in Shiuda, the capital of Japan, and a
busy city in Tokyo, since morning. The police there were asking the general
public to stay in their homes by issuing a storm warning. Many people were busy
returning to their homes. Suddenly, hail started raining. Suddenly, large rocks
started falling from the sky. Many people on the streets were injured and
killed. In addition, many shops and houses were damaged. Not only Japan, but
different parts of the world are damaged one after another due to natural
disasters. Then we see Jack again. Jack came from India and went straight to
his research center without returning home. Entering the house, he opens a file
in his name and sees his son Sam's school report card. Jack calls his wife and
says, "I got Sam's report card. Did Sam fail calculus?" His wife Lucy
says, "You should ask Sam. You're not giving me time for your work. At
least give Sam some time. Sam is going to participate in a quiz competition in
New York with his college team. So, I want you to go and drop Sam off at the
airport." Jack says, "Okay. I'll drop him off." The next
morning, while Jack was doing his research, his boss came to him. He tells him to
talk a lot about the vice president at the conference. Jack tells him,
"This president doesn't even want to understand anything. My 17-year-old
son knows more science than I do." Saying this, Jack remembered that he
had dropped Sam off today. Jack actually often became a bit indifferent to his
family because of his work. As soon as he remembered the matter, he quickly
left without listening to his boss.
Meanwhile, Sam was getting into a
taxi alone, upset, but his father came to drop him off. Although it was clear
that their father-son relationship was quite cold, Jack asked Sam the reason
for his poor school results. Sam said that he had done badly in calculus.
Because he had figured out the answer in his mind and written it in his
notebook. He had not done detailed math. Even though all his answers were
correct, his teacher had failed him. It was clear how talented Sam really is.
After they reached the airport, Sam did not even tell Jack to leave properly.
Jack can then realize how far he has come from his family. But Jack still loves
his son Sam very much. On the other hand, at this time, we see a spaceship in
space. Two astronauts on the spaceship suddenly notice an ice storm heading
towards Earth. Meanwhile, Sam, who is on the plane, also falls into this
terrible storm. Sam has a phobia of heights. So, he gets scared and grabs his
school friend Laura's hand. The whole plane was unusually swaying due to the
storm. Finally, when the storm ends, Laura reassures him that nothing happened.
Here, Sam and Laura's conversation suggests that Sam may like Laura. In the
Research Center. Where Rapson suddenly notices that the temperature in three
different places has changed abnormally at the same time. Rapson realizes that
a huge natural disaster is coming to the world soon. After Sam reaches New
York, he notices that all the birds in the city are flying south together in a
flock. It seems as if they are fleeing to a haven after receiving a danger
signal. However, Sam does not give much importance to the matter and
participates in the quiz, and since the rest of the team, including Sam, are
very intelligent, they easily win the quiz. At night, a party is organized for
the children who participated in the quiz. Here, Laura dresses up very
beautifully and, impressed by Laura, a boy from another school comes to flirt
with her, which makes poor Sam very jealous, but he does not let anyone know.
Meanwhile, while Jack was sleeping, Rapson called him. Rapson says that the
changes and problems you mentioned in the Antarctic currents at the Delhi
conference are really going to happen. It was a problem with these machines.
But despite changing four machines, the weather changes are the same. The world
is going to cool down and be covered in ice very soon. Jack says that such a
change has never happened in the world's weather in the last 10,000 years.
Rapson goes outside and sees that a storm has already started there. Jack comes
to his boss. Because he wanted to make a model of a machine that can predict
the weather. For this, he needs his boss's permission. But his boss does not permit
him; on the contrary, he tells him many things. On the other hand, a strong
storm starts in various cities in America, including New York and Los Angeles,
due to which many big buildings collapse and common people suffer a lot.
In an instant, Los Angeles turned
into a ruin. The president still thought it was a simple disaster. So, he still
didn't take any action about the weather. On the other hand, when all flights
to New York were canceled due to the disaster, Sam and his friends were
stranded there. On the other hand, all the weather researchers were sitting
together in a meeting. Where they were discussing all the things to control the
weather. Jack presented his research and model again. Jack asked his boss for
just one chance. But he again refuses to let Jack go directly, but a NASA
researcher present at the meeting agrees with Jack and wants to help him. Jack
and his team do not waste time and sit down to create a model. After
researching the model, Jack and his team see that the temperature of the Earth
will decrease further in six to seven weeks. Maybe the sun will be covered for
a few days. Jack gets very scared because they do not have time to make the
general public aware. Jack immediately calls Sam. Sam says that the weather
here is quite bad and many people, including him, are currently staying in a
school. Jack says you should come back as soon as you can. Sam then tells him
not to worry and hangs up the call. Jack then goes straight to the Vice
President. He shows the President the research report of the previous day and
says that there has been a huge change in the Earth's weather. In the next
seven to eight weeks, one after another, natural disasters will hit the earth.
You said this change will happen in 200 years. Jack says yes, this is a
terrible thing that is going to happen now, and every city in this region will
have to be evacuated. However, this fat president ignores his words this time
and leaves because he still thinks it is a simple disaster. The boy who likes
Laura brings Laura and Sam to a museum where they see a picture of a
hundred-year-old elephant that froze to death while eating. They cannot believe
how this is possible. Meanwhile, a terrible snowfall begins in the area where
Rapson is. Rapson's friends say that if this happens, we will soon be covered
in snow. Rapson, despite being worried, reassured his comrades that they had
enough food to survive for a few days. After that, everything would be fine. On
the other hand, three rescue helicopters in the sky of Scotland suddenly
noticed that their helicopter was no longer moving forward. They quickly
reported to the control room that due to the extreme cold here, the fuel tank
of our helicopter had frozen. We might fall and die very soon. With that, the
three helicopters crashed down. A soldier who somehow survived inside the
helicopter froze to death as soon as the helicopter door opened. He did not
even have time to move away for a moment. Just like an elephant that froze
while eating that food. Rapson calls Jack and says the situation is worse than
I thought. The temperature in Scotland is now minus 150 degrees Celsius. People
in Scotland have frozen to death before they can get out of their cars and
homes. Even rescue helicopters can't get there. Jack quickly checks the
satellite footage and sees that Rapson is right. He realizes that they are too
late. The situation is out of control. On the other hand, due to the continuous
rain, Laura's new friend JD takes them to his house. There, they see on TV that
a huge tornado is approaching the city very soon. JD's brother Victor is coming
to New York from another city. JD says my brother Victor is stuck in traffic.
We have to go rescue him right now. Do any of you want to go with me? They had
all become friends by now. So, Sam and Jerry set out to rescue his brother.
As soon as they got out, they saw
that the entire city was already knee-deep in water. They quickly started
heading towards the Victorian location. But then they noticed a huge tsunami

But Laura ran and got hit by a car.
Sam then ran to rescue Laura without worrying about his life. And at the very
last moment, he was able to get Laura into the library. In an instant,
everything in the city, cars, houses, and the city itself, was submerged in
water, and many people drowned and died. Jack called Rapson and said that we
had researched the information you sent and found that the cold air in the sky
was coming down due to the storm. Rapson said that this is normal. And this air
is supposed to warm up before it reaches the ground. Here, the air is
descending at such a high speed that it is not getting warm. As a result, the
extremely cold air above is falling. And this is not happening only in one
place. After Scotland, the same problem is also seen in Northern Canada and
Siberia. Within 24 hours, this storm will change the face of our world. You get
out of here as quickly as possible. Otherwise, you will die too. Rebson then
smiled and said, "It's too late, my friend. Don't worry about me, save as
many lives as you can." Meanwhile, many more people were standing with Sam
in the library where they were. Laura came and thanked Sam for saving his life.
When Laura leaves, JD comes to Sam.
JD says, "I didn't know you liked Laura. Why don't you tell her what's on
your mind?" Sam then asks, "Have you found any information about your
brother?" JD replies, "No." There's no network here. Hearing
this, Sam feels like he should call his mother and tell her that he's okay. Sam
asks the librarian if there's a telephone here, and she says, "There's not
one on the top floor." But there is one on the ground floor. Sam then
takes Laura to the telephone. Meanwhile, Jack and his wife are worried about
Sam. And then they get a call from Sam. Sam is almost drowning in the water. In
that state, he calls his mother and tells her that they're all okay. His mother
should also tell Laura and Brian's parents. Jack tells Sam here, "Listen
to me with a cool head. A cold wind will start blowing where you are right now
in a few seconds. The wind will be so cold that people will freeze to death in
a few seconds. Wear as many warm clothes as possible and try to stay close to
the fire." Sam says okay. Then he returns to Lora. Sam starts shivering
from the cold because he is in the water. Lora then opens her jacket and wraps
it around Sam. Then she hugs Sam tightly. Sam is shocked and says, "What
are you doing?" Laura replies, "I just want to keep your heart
fresh." This means that Laura might also like Sam. On the other hand, we
see that fat president again. After all this, he finally calls a conference to
hear Jack's story. Jack again tells the President to send people from the North
to the South. The President again ignores Jack's words, and everyone at the
conference gets angry with him. Jack's boss says that if you had listened to
Jack earlier, so many people wouldn't have died today. Everyone could have
already gone to a haven. The President finally realizes his mistake and tells
everyone to go south on the radio. Rapson and his friends have drinks together
for the last time. One of Rapson's friends regrets and says, "I wish I
could see my baby grow up," and Rapson's eyes light up. But he knows that
they are sure to die here. Then we see Sam's library scene. Where a girl tells
everyone, "I talked to my sister." The government has declared that
the cold will increase and has asked everyone to go to a safe haven in the
south, but Sam tells everyone there that his father is a meteorologist and he
says that in a few minutes, everything will start freezing. If we go out now,
we will all die. We should stay here and keep ourselves warm by making a fire.
But most of the people there do not pay attention to Sam's words and leave.
Only a few people believe Sam and stay in the library. Meanwhile, at the end of
the conference, Chuck calls his wife Lucy and says that he is going to rescue
Sam. Please be careful. I love you very much, Lucy. Lucy replies that I love
you too. Come back safely with Sam. Then Jack leaves for New York with his two
friends. Jack actually finds out that New York is going to be destroyed very
soon. And Jack wanted to save Sam by any means. But it turned out that Jack's
car had stopped due to snow on the way. So, they decided to walk the rest of
the way. When Jack saw that thousands of people were leaving the city and
heading south. And they were heading north with a stupid hope. Sam found a room
in the library. There was a very large fireplace. Then they quickly lit a fire
in the fireplace with books. Here, seeing Lora a little sick, a girl with them
asked if she was okay. Laura replied, "I'm absolutely fine. I just have a
slight injury to my leg, so my body feels a little weak."
On the other hand, everyone who came
out of the library took shelter in one place, and they realized that they had
made a big mistake by not listening to Sam. But now they had nothing to do.
Later, we see Jack and his friends again. They were somehow coping with a huge
snowstorm and were moving towards the city. But then, suddenly, the ice under
their feet broke, and Jack's friend Frank started falling. Jack somehow got
stuck in the ice and held on with the help of Frank's rope. Another friend,
Jason, tried his best to lift him. But they realized that they were actually on
top of a shopping mall. And the work under their feet was slowly breaking down.
Seeing Jack himself falling, Frank started cutting his rope. Jack forbade him
from doing so. But Frank sacrificed his life and told Jack to move forward.
After this incident, Jack was mentally devastated. He felt that Frank died
because of him. Jason then encouraged him, saying that, in fact, I would have
done the same thing in such a situation. If some more lives are saved because
of my life, then that death is actually very honorable. Then they set up a tent
there and spent the night there. Meanwhile, the Vice President received news
that the President himself had died due to this storm. Hearing this, he started
feeling very remorseful. On the other hand, Laura, who was in the library,
suddenly became senseless due to the severe storm. A girl there checked Lora's
pulse, and it was very fast.
The girl then said that Laura told
me that she had injured her leg. Sam then checked Laura's leg and saw that the
injury that Laura had received due to being trapped in the car that day had now
spread and become serious. The librarian then took out a book and said that Laura's
condition matched the syndrome in this book. An infection had spread in Laura's
blood. He would have to be given antibiotics right away.
Then Sam remembered when a ship had
washed up here with the water in the storm. Sam decided to go on that ship.
Because all ships are supplied with emergency medicine. But Sam did not know
that there were some wolves imprisoned on this ship. Those who could adapt to
the cold are still alive. But due to severe hunger, the wolves attacked them as
soon as Sam got on the ship. However, Sam, JD, and Brian somehow managed to
resist the wolves and return to the library with the medicine. On the other
hand, when Jessen lost consciousness due to the severe cold, Jack tied a rope
to a tree and started dragging Jeson. But suddenly, he notices a huge snowstorm
heading towards New York. Jack takes Jason inside a house under the snow. And
there, they light a fire and warm Jason's body, and Jason regains consciousness
in a short time. As soon as Jason regains consciousness, Jack wants to go out
again. But Jason says we will wait here for a day. Jack replies no, Sam does
not have that much time. Then they go out again wearing warm suits and set up a
tent at night, light a fire, and stay there. Jason, in the tent, asks Jack, do
you think Sam is still alive? Jack replies, "Humanity has been fighting
the cold for many years and has maintained its existence. Many will be able to
survive this time too, and I promised Sam that I will definitely come to rescue
him. Sam will definitely be able to survive." Then we see those newcomers
again. They noticed that the storm was slowly moving away from North America.
They immediately conveyed this news to the world. The next day, Jack woke up
and saw light outside. Today, after a few weeks, the sun was shining again in
the northern sky. And in the sunlight, all the ice was slowly melting and
falling towards the sea. They quickly went to the library in New York,
according to the location given by Sam. However, the library was already buried
under the ice. Jack was very worried about whether Sam had survived this long.
While searching, they saw that a light was on inside a room. Jack opened the
door and entered, and saw Sam and all his friends sleeping there safely. Seeing
his son, Jack felt as if his own life had returned. Sam also woke up and saw
his father and quickly hugged him and said, "I knew you would come,
Dad." Within a short time, many rescue helicopters arrived and rescued all
the people who survived the storm. Like Sam, many people in New York managed to
survive. They were all very happy to see this. The Vice President comes to the
media and apologizes to Jack and all the meteorologists and thanks all the
countries that helped them in this situation, including Mexico. He also
promises to create and fund all kinds of weather models for Jack. Meanwhile,
Jack and Sam are returning safely to their city. Finally, this catastrophic
