Your gut is the most secure "Border" on earth. Its walls (intestinal lining) are so flawless that they filter and allow only digested nutrients to enter the blood.
But, when the "Barbed wire" or security wall of that high-security border is destroyed, that's when the real disaster begins!
This "Broken border" or "Porous sieve"-like situation is called "Leaky gut".
What happens when the border breaks down?
1. The invasion of the enemy: 
The broken wall melts, undigested food particles (that have not yet been nourished), toxins (poisons), and hordes of bad bacteria (villains) enter your "high-security zone"—that is, your blood!
2. The alarm goes off: 
The body's immune system (your army) thinks, "Attack! The enemy has entered the country!"
Immediately, it starts "fire" with all its might. This constant shelling by the army is "Inflammation".
3. The Chaos Across the Country: 
This war is not limited to the stomach (border). The fire of this inflammation spreads throughout the body:
Your border did not just break. Some of your lifestyle villains are responsible for this:
Sugar Kingdom
: Excess sugar and processed foods are the main food for bad bacteria. They feed on them and breed and literally drill into the intestinal wall!
Gluten Glamour
: The protein "Gluten" in flour, flour, bread, biscuits, sticks to the intestinal wall of many people like glue and opens the tight junctions of the wall.
Stress Attack
: Yes, your office tension, family pressure, study pressure, poverty, and unemployment pressure—this chronic stress directly hits your intestinal wall like a nuclear bomb and kills the good bacteria.
Chemical Cocktail
: Painkillers, indiscriminate use of antibiotics, food pesticides, and inflammation from processed oil (soybean/canola)—all of these weaken the wall.
Don't panic! This broken border can be repaired. Start the mission in just 5 steps:
Mission 1: Remove the enemy 
First, eliminate inflammatory foods from your list.
Eliminate: sugar, gluten (flour), processed foods, soybean/palm oil, and, for a while, dairy (milk/cheese). Without them, your "army" won't be able to stop the fight.
Mission 2: Repair the wall 
The broken wall needs to be cemented together.
The best cement: Bone Broth! It's a mine of collagen and glutamine, which literally "seals" the intestinal walls.
What else you need: Omega-3s (small fish, chia/flax seeds), raw turmeric, and ginger—they help put out the fire of inflammation.
Mission 3: Bring in new friends (Restore) 
Bring back good soldiers (beneficial bacteria) to guard the borders.
Eat: Probiotics! Examples—Homemade yogurt, kefir, panta rice (The best probiotics), good quality pickles, apple cider vinegar.
Mission 4: Feed your friends (Replenish) 
What will these new good bacteria eat? Their favorite food is fiber (prebiotics).
Eat: Lots of colorful vegetables, fruits, onions, garlic, and raw bananas. The more fiber you eat, the stronger the good bacteria will be and guard the borders.
Mission 5: Peace Treaty (Relax) 
Tell your immune system, "The war is over! Relax!" Get enough sleep (most important). Meditate, breathe deeply, do light exercise, or walk. Reducing stress gives your body a chance to repair itself.
Most of your chronic diseases, from fatigue to autoimmune, may not be treated with any medication.
The real "Master switch" to your well-being is hidden in your stomach!
